Define new profiles for clients.

With upcoming version of SunTrack, you can define new profiles and assign it to clients. A 'Profile' is pricing information for example, minimum charge, free wait time, etc.

By default, SunTrack come with 'System' profile and new clients will be assign to this profile. With the new version, you can define new pricing by creating new profile and assign it to your clients. Even sometimes, it is good idea to define profiles for different industry, for example Medical company can have different pricing policy than the other industries.

Upgrade SunTrack to Spring framework 3.0

We have upgraded SunTrack to Spring framework 3.0; industry leader in Java application development and management.

We this version, we are going to build more Agile tools for SunTrack,
more specifically the following areas will be enhanced:

• B2B (Business-to-Business) Integration: Spring 3.0 introduced REST style web services. Imagine that our clients want to place order or track them programmatically. Good example is Amazon users can track their package directly from amazon web site.

Increase SunTrack's Security

New version SunTrack (2.0.4) we made signup from and feedback page more secure. Last month, we got few XSS (Cross Site Scripting) attack, luckily these were easy to fix. The latest version of SunTrack has fixes and close doors to uninvited hackers.

Partnership in courier business

Partnership is very important and vital concept in courier business. Partner in usually consider as another courier service or third party, the way that you share delivery of package with them.

Conceptually, they are similar similar to driver, but you share revenue with them by different commission model.

In the last release of our flagship courier software, you can easily add partner similar to adding other contacts. In dispath time, when you assign orders, you while see list of partners along with name of drivers.

Barcode generation and scanning with SunTrack

With new version of SunTrack (v2.0), when you click order print, you will see few sets of barcodes, including original 2D barcode and new advance 3d barcodes.

Order page with new Date and Time Entry

Order entry page has new time and date entry which makes it easy to enter time and date.
With this new format, we prevent user errors and add more validation to enter time/date in past or disallow pickup after delivery date.

Track your driver with Google latitude

Integration of Google latitude and Bractus, you can easily locate your drivers instantly, check their current load, view the status and send/receive SMS or email messages with a single click.

With new version (V2.0) of our courier management software, drivers can change their availability status; for example, "Broken Vehicle" with attached message indicates the detail reason, and Google latitude API help us to locate the driver in map and finally reply back send a response message.
